Tim Tebow: Bronco's Franchise QB?

Could Tim Tebow end up being the Denver Bronco's franchise quarterback? This question only until recently has be highly debated.  Tebow has led the second place Bronco's to a 5-1 record, and has rattled off 4 straight wins since being made the starter.  With this success, analysts have brought about the question of whether or not he could be a successful franchise quarterback.  In my opinion, Tebow has impressed me very much with his ability to lead his team to victory in crunch time.  Of Tebow's five wins, three have been the result of Tebow leading his team in either overtime or the final minute of regulation.  He is a pure winner, and has been throughout his life.  But, even with his success, I can not see him continuing this for years to come, unless he becomes a better passer.  The NFL is a passing league and teams will learn to key in on him and eventually he will not be able to run all the time.  Even with this, I would like to see Tebow succeed in the NFL especially with all of his critics and his ability to be a positive role model for children to look up to, something that is hard to find these days.

Crosby Show Returns

Sidney Crosby, arguably the greatest player in the world, returned from a 10 month hiatus Monday right where he had left off.  The Penguins superstar scored the opening goal in the game just five minutes in.  He added another goal and two assists.  His performance last night just showed his unbelievable talent and flare for the dramatics, something only the greatest stars seem to be able to do.  The Consol Energy Center erupted after his first goal and had the buzz of a playoff game the entire game.  Anyone who doubted Crosby on his return were proven completely wrong.  It seems to not be a question on whether he will be able to perform but more of a question of whether he'll win the scoring title or not.

Introduction

Hello Everyone,

My name is Zane Voltz. I am a Sophomore, majoring in Sport Management.  I am from Saxonburg, PA where I attended Knoch High School.  There I played baseball, and still continue to play during the summer.  My interest in the major is facility management and/or Athletic Director.  My dream job would be either to own/run my own baseball training facility or be the Athletic Director of a major university.

Thanks,

Zane Voltz
